The idea of creating an Italian restaurant in Hue was a really exciting concept. The idea began with a trip to the capital city of Hanoi with some foreign friends. Not only were we able to enjoy pizza for the first time in a small restaurant but the owner educated us on pizza and other Italian dishes that the restaurant served. The more I thought about our time at the restaurant, the more I envisioned creating Little Italy. I proposed this business opportunity to friends and they all agreed to support me and my idea from the beginning phase through marketing and advertisement strategies. I was especially lucky to collaborate with an Indian friend who has a vast experience in restaurant management. Thus Little Italy was born being the first Italian restaurant in all of Hue city.
