• HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
DL DMZ Joint Stock Company uses the information provided by the Customer to:
o Provide services to Customers;
o Manage customer accounts;
o Send notices about information exchange activities between the Customer and Little Italy Restaurant;
o Prevent activities that destroy the Customer's Member account or activities that impersonate the Customer;
o To respond to Customer inquiries, feedback, complaints or disputes;
o For statistics and research for internal reporting requirements and reporting as required by law and/or recordkeeping requirements;
o Store, store on the server, back up Customer's personal data;
o To identify visitors on littleitalyhue.com;
o Conduct surveys;
o To conduct data analysis, testing and research, monitoring and analysis of usage and activity trends;

Customer's personal data may be stored until a request to cancel or Customer log in and perform cancellation. During the storage period, Customer's personal information will be kept confidential on Little Italy Restaurant's server.
• Persons or organizations that may have access to Customer information:
littleitalyhue.com does not provide Customer Information to any third party except when required by competent State agencies, or as required by law, or when the provision of information it is necessary for littleitalyhue.com to provide services/facilities to Customers (for example, providing necessary delivery information for payment partner units, ...).
